Can I bring food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food into Amaya Papaya. We do have snacks available for you to purchase in our retail store.

Do I need to make reservations to play at Amaya Papaya?
No and yes,
No reservation is required for open play.
A reservation is required for parties. All party celebrations must be booked in advance.

Can I book a private party at Amaya Papaya?
Yes! You can host a private party at Amaya Papaya on Saturdays and Sundays.
You can also host a semi-private party during regular business hours.

What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Master, Discover Card.

Can older siblings play in the play area?
Unfortunately older siblings are NOT allowed to play on our equipment. Our facility in especially designed for infants, toddlers and preschoolers ages 0-6 years old. Older children can help assist with younger siblings however parents should be the primary supervisor. We ask that older children be very mindful of younger children playing around them. Older children may play electronic games, enjoy our board games or read books in our seating area.

Do you charge admission for older children (ages 7 and older)?
NO, older children (ages 7 and older) will be admitted for free, Children ages 7 and over are not allowed to play on the play equipment.

Do you sanitize your toys?
Yes, we clean and sanitize our toys multiple times daily. My child plays here too!
We use earth friendly, non-toxic cleaning products when ever possible.

Do you have a diaper changing facility?
Yes, we have a changing table located in our restroom. Please do not change your child in the play area for sanitary reasons.

Do I need to stay with my child?
Yes, all caregivers must supervise their children at all times. We are NOT a childcare facility.

Do you have classes and events?
Yes, we are always updating our classes and scheduling special events.

Do you rotate your toys?
Yes, we rotate our toys quarterly to keep our facility fresh and exciting for you and our llittle guest.

Can I leave to have lunch and come back?
Certainly! You pay one price and you can play all day! Just let us know that you are leaving and we will make a note so you can re-enter later.

Is Amaya Papaya open on Weekends?
We are open on weekends for Private parties only, however if a party is not scheduled we will be open to the public for Open Play! check our calendar on the weekend for updates.

Is there a dress code?
We require EVERYONE to Wear Socks!.Children and Adults!Bacteria clings to the bottom of shoes and bare feet which could easily transfer to carpet. Children, especially under 2 years of age playing in the play area are the most vulnerable to the germs we track onto the carpet - they play on the floor and put their hands in their mouths an average of 80 times an hour. So - children in, bacteria out!

Can I bring my stroller in Amaya Papaya?
At AP we ask that you leave your strollers up front in the designated stroller parking area. Of course infants car seats can be brought inside the lounge and placed in a safe place.
