Teeny Tiny Weekday Party $100
A simple celebration during normal business hours. Bring your own food, beverage, supplies & décor.
  • Includes up to 6 children/12 adults
  • One round table reserved for your guests
  • Semi-private use for 1.5 hours

Do It Yourself Private Party $275
If you like to DIY and have your own vision for your child’s dream party, this package is for you!
Bring your own food, beverage, supplies & décor.
  •  Includes up to 16 children
  • Private use of the entire facility for 2 hours
  • 2 Party Assistants to help set up and assist with your party from start to finish
  •  Birthday song and cake service
  •  We do all of the clean up

Themed Private Party $400
Let us decorate and set the scene with your child’s favorite theme!*
Bring your own food and beverage, we do the rest!

Party Facts

How are parties structured?
  • Complimentary 1/2 hour to set up your party
  • 1st 1/2 hour-  Guest Arrive and PLAY in the lounge
  • 2nd 1/2 hour - Guest eat food from your buffet
(Party Entertainment if added would start into the 1st 1/2 hour and end 15 minutes after the the 2nd 1/2 hour) 
  • 3rd 1/2 hour - Happy Birthday / Cake time
  • 4th 1/2 hour - Open gifts, more PLAY time in the lounge

What do guest do at the party? 
At Amaya Papaya our facility IS the entertainment! The children will PLAY in our themed play areas  while the adults mingle and socialize. 

What type of seating is available? 
For the adults:
4 rectangular tables w/ 3 chairs at each
5 adult lounge seats in the PLAY area
2 adult chairs and desk in the lobby area.

For the kids:
3 round table set up seats up to 18
1 long table set up seats up to 14
2 long table set up seats up to 25
(you must let us know which set up you prefer) 
  • ​All Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
  • All contracted prices will be honored.
  • All signed contracts will be honored,
  • $75 non refundable deposit is required for Do It Yourself party package, 
  • 50% non refundable deposit required for Themed Party package,
  • Entertainment and party extras must be paid for in full. non refundable 
  • ​Extra time can be added to any party. Extra time must be noted in advance and paid for in full. non refundable 
  • Your deposit(s) will be applied to the balance of the party.
  • Final Balance is due at the conclusion of the party on the party day.
  • Sale tax will be added to all party packages, entertainment and extras. 
  • You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your party begins to decorate.
  • You will not be able to enter the facility until 30 minutes before your party unless you have paid for additional time to decorate before your party begins. 
  • All children are required to be accompanied by an adult.
  • Minimum of 1 adult per 4 children
  • Rules and regulations of Amaya Papaya for general admission apply
  • All guest must have a signed waiver on file
  • Socks are required for entrance into the play lounge by ALL guest
  • Amaya Papaya is not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged personal items
  • Siblings 8 months - 7 years old are counted as party guest, please advise your guest accordingly
  • Additional children $11 each (maximum 25 children)
  • NO OUTSIDE VENDORS

Upon completion of the party you will be charge the extra 1/2 hour fee ($50) if your party goes over the scheduled party time and/or the additional child fee ($11) if you have more guest than the amount of children included in your party package.

Cancellation Policy:
Not responsible for cancellation due to inclement weather or conditions out of Amaya Papaya's control.
All paid deposits, additional payments towards your balance, party entertainment or extras are non-refundable. 
We can reschedule to another available date/time if needed at no additional cost or penalties within 6 months (180 days) of the scheduled party date. 
NO EXCEPTIONS​ TO ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICIES LISTED. 

Special notes:
  • You may bring in cake(s) and ice cream
  • You may bring in party food
  • Microwave available for warming food
  • A refrigerator and freezer is available for cake and ice cream (please note that we may have limited space available) 
  • Please bring your own cake cutting knife
  • No glitter or confetti
  • Decorations cannot be hung from our ceilings
  • We will hang decorations for you
  • Wall decoration can be hung using painters tape ONLY
  • Permitted decorations include tablecloths, freestanding decorations, table decorations, etc
  • Balloons must be weighted down
  • ​Balloons are not allowed in the play area (balloons released inside the facility may explode and scare small children, be a choking hazard or cause damage to our sprinkler system) 
  • ​No drop off of decoration or food prior to your scheduled party

Socks for children and adults too, Camera, Candles, Batteries, Cake, Cake Cutter, Change of clothes for birthday child
